Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to fulfill all orders placed. Please note that there may be some orders that we are unable to process and may have to be cancelled, due to limitations in quantity available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in products, pricing and stock information, or our credit and Problems identified by fraud prevention include: Department. If you or some part of you is cancelled, our customer support team will notify you. In case your order is canceled after the charges are levied on your Credit Card / Debit Card or Net Banking, the said amount will be refunded to your Deduction Account.

Cancellation before Shipping: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at hello@RoyalPeople.in or call us on +91 9289688166 between 10AM and 6PM, Monday to Saturday. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Cancellation after shipping: We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped by us. We will refund the money the way it was paid. If the payment was made by credit card or net banking, we will refund to your credit card or net banking account. If the payment option was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the money to the bank account or UPI ID after verification by our customer care team.
