Refund & Exchange Policy
We are always ready to assist you. RoyalPeople team try their best to describe all information of each product with clear product picture. We request you to check our product pictures and information carefully before placing an order.

- Refunds must be requested within 4 days of delivery of the product. Email us at hello@RoyalPeople.in.
- The product must be in intact condition (As you were given).
- The product should not be used.
- Order ID & Invoice should be available at the time of reverse pickup.
- Used and scratched products will not be accepted.
- Refund will be eligible only if the product received in reverse pickup meets our quality check process.
- The refund amount will be transferred within 24-48 hours after completing the quality check process.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Eligibility For Exchange:-
- An exchange request must be made within 4 days of delivery of the product. Email us at hello@RoyalPeople.in
- The product must be in intact condition (As you were given).
- The product should not be used.
- In case the wrong product is dispatched by the Japaak team, the company will arrange reverse pickup at its own expense and send you the correct product at the earliest.
- Order ID & Invoice should be available at the time of reverse pickup.
- Exchange will be eligible only if the product received in reverse pickup meets our quality check process.
- If the product is received in damaged condition, please raise a concern at hello@RoyalPeople.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.
