Security Precautions:-

You should not share your user name, password or other security information for your account with anyone. We assume no liability or responsibility for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other cause beyond our control. You play an important role in keeping your personal information secure. If we receive instructions using your user name and password, we will consider that you have authorized the instructions for such use. We ensure to maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access to your information and to maintain data security. These safeguard take into account the sensitivity of the information that we collect, process and store and the current state of technology. You must be at least 18 years old to be RoyalPeople account member. We  do not knowingly collect any personal information from users or market to or solicit information from anyone under the age of 18 years and use of our services is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the India contract Act, 1872 .

If you are under the age of 18 years then you must use the services under the supervision of your parents, or legal guardian. Make sure you follow these guidelines. If you don’t you may be subject to a range of actions, including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.


Data Retention:-

A user can close an account by visiting our website. We may retain information about you for the purposes authorized under this privacy policy unless prohibited by law. We retain your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, for a period no longer than is required for the purpose for which it was collected or as required under any applicable law. Thereafter, we will either delete your personal information or de-identify it so that it is anonymous and not attributed to your identity. Refund & Exchange Policy:-

We are always ready to assist you. RoyalPeople team try their best to describe all information of each product with clear product picture. We request you to check our product pictures and information carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility For Refund:-

  • Refunds must be requested within 4 days of delivery of the product. Email us at hello@RoyalPeople.in.
  • The product must be in intact condition (As you were given).
  • The product should not be used.
  • Order ID & Invoice should be available at the time of reverse pickup.
  • Used and scratched products will not be accepted.
  • Refund will be eligible only if the product received in reverse pickup meets our quality check process.
  • The refund amount will be transferred within 24-48 hours after completing the quality check process.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Eligibility For Exchange:-

  • An exchange request must be made within 4 days of delivery of the product. Email us at support@japaak.com
  • The product must be in intact condition (As you were given).
  • The product should not be used.
  • In case the wrong product is dispatched by the Japaak team, the company will arrange reverse pickup at its own expense and send you the correct product at the earliest.
  • Order ID & Invoice should be available at the time of reverse pickup.
  • Exchange will be eligible only if the product received in reverse pickup meets our quality check process.
  • If the product is received in damaged condition, please raise a concern at hello@RoyalPeople.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.

We want to improve the quality of our products and services as per the requirement of our customers and we mean it. So please give us your valuable feedback while applying for refund or exchange.


Shipping Information:-

  1. We ensure complete confidentiality of your order and safeguard the quality and packaging of your order. We pack your goods in fully opaque thick cartoon boxes or un-teared poly bags. We don't put any indication of product name or any category on the address label to maintain your privacy. Invoice is required to be sent along with the package due to different states/courier rules. Common name of products eg. Personal care items or readymade garments will be mentioned on the bill.
  2. We offer a local (within Dell/NCR) 2 to 3 days delivery and 4 to 7 days pan India delivery. Ordered products will be delivered to your doorstep within 7 business days after your payment has been approved. For orders that are placed by Credit Card / Net Banking payment option and subject to verification, the guarantee is applicable once the payment is verified. We request all our customers to provide you complete details of your shipping address with correct postcode and contact number, so that our courier partners can get in touch with you in case of any requirement or clarification. If the delivery is delayed due to unavailability of the customer or discrepancies in billing address or failure to provide contact number, the company is not responsible for the delay.
  3. We offer most of the products including shipping fee but some products except shipping fee. In case of an incorrect order placed by the Customer, the Customer will be required to pay the shipping charges upon request for exchange or refund for that product. The total shipping fee for your order will be displayed when you proceed to check out. In some cases delivery charges and return charges may be charged irrespective of the order amount due to poor customer history of the order, which will be shown at checkout.
  4. Our dispatch team share a tracking link on your email or phone number so that you can track your order without any hassle. We use Indian best quality courier companies for timely delivery of your orders.
